The second part of Maneater will open new sides of the well-known plot. As you may remember, the story of the first part was a real drama. This was a serious opposition between the wild world of the sea creatures and the men. You remember that your main enemy in the first part was a hunter Pete, the one who killed your mom and cut you out of her womb with a knife. He was injured in the process and lost his arm, but as a tough shark killer, there is nothing he minds, only the hunger for killing sharks. You will find out that he is a bit insane and traumatized – in the distant past, his father was killed by a shark. He claims that it was a megalodon, an ancient sea predator considered to disappear millions years ago. During the game, the hunter Pete loses his son and gets more injures from the teeth of the sharks…
You are going to play for the character from the first part now again. The story ended with a strange event – your enemy Pete went crazy enough to create an explosive mechanism and activate it being near you. The plan was brutal – he wanted to kill himself and you at the same time. However, you managed to swim away at the last moment and survive. The problem is that the bomb caused serious injure to your body. It is not very clear which trick you have performed to sneak away from that disaster, but it resulted in your escape, even though you are seriously harmed. This means that you will have to find the way to bring your life back and get ready for a new plot that will unwrap in the second part. What is waiting for you here?
